How to: Export Access data as a Rich Text Format file.

Solution:

Use the 'Save As/Export...' command in the 'File' menu, select the 'Rich Text Format (*.rtf)' file type, specify a name and location for the .RTF file, and click 'Export'.

NOTE 1: Tables, queries, forms, and reports can be exported or saved as Rich Text Format files. Objects that are exported or saved as Rich Text Format preserve most formatting from the original objects. All objects are saved as tables, which can then be opened and edited using Microsoft Word or other word processing packages.
NOTE 2: Access uses the field names from the table or query as the header row in Word. Field names longer than 20 characters are truncated. Characters other than letters, numbers, and underscores are converted to underscores.
